Guacamole n Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 eggs
  • 1 avacado
  • 1 chopped parsley
  • 1 chopped cilantro
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tbsp olives

Directions

    Cut the avacado in half, removing the pit.

    Spoon out a little room for the egg later.

    Add to the avacado a pinch of salt, pepper, and some chopped cilantro.

    With the avacado ready, place it in an oven worthy pan.

    Place an egg in the avacado, softly.
  6. 6
    Add chopped olives to the border of the egg.

    Add a pinch of paprika to the top.

    Place the combination in he oven at 220F for 8-10 minutes until the egg is at your desired consistency.

    When its finished add a spoonful of sour cream to the top.

    Lay the chopped parsley on the dish and you're ready to serve.
