Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and halved
- 3/4 c. cilantro leaves
- 1/4 c. beer (your favorite)
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- a ripe avocado
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
Directions

1Peel and devein shrimp.

2Marinate in the lime juice for 1/2 hour.

3In your blender, process the garlic cloves, the jalapenos and 3/4 cup cilantro leaves; add the beer.

4When everything is well chopped, stir in the melted butter.

5Mash the avocado.

6Stir the mashed avocado with sour cream and 1 tablespoon of cilantro.

7Mix until the ingredients are smooth.

8Thread your shrimp on skewers. Brush with the beer mixture.

9Grill.

10Turn once.

11Brush with more of the beer batter and cook until done.

12Dip in avocado sauce hot.
