Ingredients

  • 3 c. water
  • 4-6 Potatoes
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
  • 3 c. Cheddar Cheese (Sharp)
  • 3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 1/2 c. Butter or Margarine
  • 1 c. Sliced Carrots
  • 2 c. Fish (Diced)
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Green Pepper (Diced)
  • 1/2 c. Red Pepper (Diced)

Directions

    1. Boil water and bouillon.

    2. Add vegetables and turn down to simmer for 10 minutes.

    3. Add fish and simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Melt butter in large sauce pan, add flour and stir well adding milk slowly. Stir CONSTANTLY ! until thick.

    5. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until cheese

    melts.

    6. Mix vegetables and sauce together.

    7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
