- bacon, sliced very small
- cabbage, shredded, or home canned kraut
- noodles (type of choice)
Directions

1Fry bacon and onion together until onion is transparent.

2Place shredded cabbage in skillet with onion and bacon.

3Cook noodles in separate pan.

4Season to taste with pepper or seasoning of your choice.

5Mix all together.

6You can put some sour cream or cottage cheese on top at time of serving (mix in or whatever you want). Gives a better taste.

7Can be made with sausage or no meat at all for those of you who are meatless Friday folks during Lent.
