- 12 fresh bread slices, crust trimmed
- margarine
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. chopped ham
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. Cheez Whiz
Directions

1Spread bread with margairne and press, spread side down, into muffin cups.

2Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

3Melt 3 tablespoons margarine in skillet and add eggs, ham and onions.

4Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs are almost set.

5Add cheese; continue cooking until cheese melts and eggs are done.

6Fill toast cups.
