- 1 1/2 lb. cured ham
- 1 lb. fresh pork
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix thoroughly the first 5 ingredients. Form ham mixture into balls.

3Boil sugar, vinegar and water until it thickens a little.

4Pour over ham balls and bake 45 minutes.

5Turn over several times.
