- 1 lb. slice ready-cooked ham
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 c. thinly sliced, raw potatoes
- 1 c. sliced, raw carrots
Directions

1Brown ham in butter and brown sugar.

2Remove ham and pour off drippings.

3Mix soup, milk, water, onion, salt and pepper.

4Stir in potatoes and carrots; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 35 minutes. Place ham over vegetables.

5Cover and cook about 10 minutes or until heated through.
