- 1 deep dish frozen pie shell
- sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of salt
- 1 1/2 c. ham, chopped
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped pepper
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Sprinkle pie shell with sugar and bake 5 minutes.

2Prick before baking.

3Whip eggs and milk.

4Combine egg mixture with pepper, onion, baking powder, salt, pepper and Swiss cheese. Sprinkle ham on crust.

5Pour egg mixture over all and sprinkle with grated cheese (sharp).

6Bake at 375° about 45 minutes until firm and golden brown.

7Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
