- 1 pkg. wild rice, quick cooking kind
- 2 (10 ounce.) Packages broccoli spears, cooked
- 12 slices boiled ham
Directions

1Cook rice and place in bottom of greased 9x12 inch baking dish.

2Roll each piece of ham around a broccoli spear and place in rows atop the rice.

3Set aside and make the sauce.

4Saute/fry onion in butter.

5Add in flour, salt, pepper, dry mustard and stir together.

6Slowly add in lowfat milk, and cook till thick.

7When thickened, add in the wine and shredded cheese, stirring till melted.

8Pour the sauce over the ham rolls and rice in the baking dish.

9Mix the dry bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.

10Bake 325 degrees for 30-35 min.
