  • 3/4 c. rum
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped almonds
  • 1 1/4 c. golden raisins
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie mix
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • sliced almonds
  • maraschino cherries to garnish

Directions

    Pour rum over nuts and raisins and let stand 1 hour.

    Prepare vanilla pudding according to package, except use 4 1/2 cups milk. Cool.

    Beat 1 cup whipping cream; fold into pudding.
