Hamburger Ring Barbecue

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground round
  • 2 1/2 c. coarsely grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire
  • 3/4 c. cornflakes crumbs or 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce

Directions

    Blend all ingredients except barbecue sauce.

    Pack firmly into a 9-inch ring mold or bundt pan.

    Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

    Turn ring out onto a jelly roll pan or other cookie sheet.

    Pour barbecue sauce over meat (use at least half bottle) and continue cooking at 425° for 15 minutes.
