  • 1 lb. crabmeat (white)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. table mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • parsley

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Bake in a well-greased casserole until golden brown.

    This may be made into cakes or fill crab shells and bake at 375°, until brown.
