- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 stick oleo
Directions

1Mix cornstarch with sugar and vinegar.

2Drain beets and add juice to cornstarch mixture.

3Cook until thick and clear.

4Add oleo and stir until melted.

5Add drained beets and heat through. This amount will glaze 3 to 4 cans of beets.
