Ingredients

• 1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
• 1/2 c. melted margarine (reserve 1/4 c. margarine for top)
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1/3 can water
• 1 small carton sour cream
• 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
