  • 2 lb. bag uncooked hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 stack Town House crackers, crushed

Directions

    In large dish place hash brown potatoes.

    Mix soup, sour cream and onions.

    Spread over potatoes.

    Top with shredded cheese. Melt oleo; add to cracker crumbs.

    Put over other ingredients. Cook, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.
