- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 stack Town House crackers, crushed

1In large dish place hash brown potatoes.

2Mix soup, sour cream and onions.

3Spread over potatoes.

4Top with shredded cheese. Melt oleo; add to cracker crumbs.

5Put over other ingredients. Cook, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.
