- 1 (32 oz.) bag hash browns
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
Directions

1Spread thawed hash browns in greased pan.

2Mix 1/2 cup melted margarine, cheese, sour cream and soup.

3Pour and spread on top of potatoes.

4Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle other 1/2 cup of melted margarine over crackers.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
