  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns or O'Brien
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 c. cornflakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Mix all and cover with cornflakes.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
