Hash Brown Casserole Potatoes

  • 2 lb. bag hash browns
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small sour cream
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 2 c. corn flakes (fine crumbs)

Directions

    Put potatoes in 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Sprinkle onions, salt and pepper.

    Dollop 1/2 of butter on potatoes.

    Heat on stove, soup, sour cream and Cheez Whiz; pour over potatoes.

    Mix crushed flakes with other butter.

    Sprinkle over potatoes.
