- 4 (8 oz.) rib eye steaks
- 1 pt. pineapple juice
- 6 oz. soy sauce
- 6 oz. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 5 oz. sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

2Soak steaks in this marinade for at least 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Drain.

3Broil steaks over a very hot grill.

4The marinade can be used again and is great for chicken.
