- 2 cups cooked beans
- 2/3 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2/3 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions

1Mash the beans into a paste consistency.

2Add the rest of the ingredients to the paste.

3Stir mixture thoroughly.

4Pour into 8 x 8 baking pan.

5Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
