  • 4 slices pound cake, sponge cake shells or 4 meringue shells
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. quick-thaw red raspberries, thawed
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • vanilla ice cream
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Place cake slice or shells on individual serving plates. Combine thawed raspberries and almond extract.

    Top each cake slice with a scoop of ice cream, about 1/4 cup raspberries and a generous spoonful of whipped topping.
