  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 4 to 5 pieces of chicken
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • onion and garlic salt to taste

Directions

    Dip chicken in buttermilk, then roll in Bisquick.

    Let set 5 to 7 minutes.

    Lay in sprayed pan and bake in a 425° oven 20 minutes per side.
