- 1 package dry yeast
- 18 cup warm water
- 34 cup all-purpose flour
- 34 cup deffated soy flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- cornmeal
- 12 cup pizza sauce
- 4 ounces shredded fat free mozzarella cheese
- seasoning
Directions

1Combine yeast and water and let sit for 10 minutes.

2Pour the yeast mixture and salt in the flour and mix well.

3Put the flour in an oiled bowl and cover.

4Let it sit until double (1 hour).

5Put some cornmeal in a pizza pan and put the flour on the pan.

6Spread the pizza onto the pan.

7Let it sit for 20 minutes.

8Add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.

9Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
