  • 4 c. cooked, sliced carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. plain croutons
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. light cream or milk
  • 1/4 c. oleo, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Place carrots in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Stir in croutons and cheese.

    Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over carrot mixture.

    Bake, uncovered, in preheated 400° oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
