- 3 medium or 2 large onions, peeled
- 1 large head garlic, peeled
- 1 sprig celery
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch thyme
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 c. vinegar
- pinch of salt
