  • 4 large Idaho potatoes; peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp rosemary; minced
  • 1 tbsp sage; minced
  • 1 tsp thyme; minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley; minced
  • 4 clove garlic; peeled
  • 1 1/2 stick butter; cubed
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese; grated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large dollop of sour cream
  • 1 salt and pepper

Directions

    Cover potatoes and garlic with cold water.

    Add a pinch of salt.

    Boil until potatoes are fork tender.

    Drain.

    Return to burner on high heat for approximately 30 seconds to remove excess moisture.

    Add butter, cream, herbs, sour cream, and cheese.
