- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 each apples
- 1 each banana ripe
- 1 piece fresh ginger (about 1/2 inch or more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp German chamomile flowers dried
- 1/2 tsp slippery elm bark
Directions

1Add apple juice and lemon juice to blender.

2Chop ginger, slice and core apples, slice banana and add to blender.
