  • 2/3 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 each apples
  • 1 each banana ripe
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (about 1/2 inch or more to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp German chamomile flowers dried
  • 1/2 tsp slippery elm bark

Directions

    Add apple juice and lemon juice to blender.

    Chop ginger, slice and core apples, slice banana and add to blender.

    Add the herbs: German chamomile and slippery elm bark.

    Pulse to desired consistency.
