- 2 oranges
- 1 pineapple
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon coriander
Directions

1Lop the bottoms off the oranges and use a sharp knife to remove the skin.

2Run the knife between the white pith on both sides and remove the orange segments.

3Put the segments in a large bowl with the pineapple and pomegranate.

4Add the lime juice, honey, and coconut milk.

5Stir well, then put it in the fridge to chill.

6When it's dishing-up time, finish with the chopped coriander and serve.
