  • 1/2 lb. pecans, ground
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Beat egg whites stiff; add sugar, nuts and vanilla. Drop from teaspoon on greased pan. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.
