- 1 c. rye flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. nonfat gelatin-free plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. light molasses
- 1 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 c. raisins

1To Make Bread:

2Whisk flours with baking powder, baking soda and salt.

4Beat yogurt, brown sugar and molasses with electric mixer until smooth.

6Beat on medium speed again.

7Stir in flour and raisins by hand until combined.
