- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 pkg. Pillsbury quick bread mix
- 2 2/3 c. mincemeat
- 1 c. nuts (whole or chopped)
- 2 c. candied fruit
Directions

1Grease and flour 10 to 12-cup Bundt pan.

2In large bowl, combine eggs and water.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4By hand, stir until combined.

5Pour into prepared pan.

6Bake at 350° for 80 to 90 minutes until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes inverted on cooling rack.

7Cool completely.

8To store, wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap.

9Store in refrigerator.

10This freezes well also.
