- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 pkg. quick bread mix (any flavor)
- 2 2/3 c. (one 28 oz. jar) mincemeat
- 1 c. nuts, halved or chopped
- 2 c. candied fruit
Directions

1Generously grease and flour 10-inch (12 cup) Bundt pan.

2In large bowl, combine eggs and water.

3Beat well with mixer.

4Add remaining ingredients by hand, stirring until combined.

5Pour into prepared pan.

6Bake at 350° for 80 to 90 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

7Cool 15 minutes.

8Invert on cooling rack.

9Cool completely.

10To store, wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap.

11Refrigerate.

12If desired, glaze with warm corn syrup and decorate with candied fruit and nuts.
