  • 2 cans hominy
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. oleo or butter

Directions

    Cook hominy until dry.

    Cut up cheese in Pyrex dish and pour hominy over.

    Add salt, pepper and sour cream.

    Spread cheese and dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly.
