  • 1 (32 oz.) qt. jar Polish dill pickles (Vlasic or Warsau)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

Directions

    Drain jar of pickles.

    Slice in strips.

    Place in jar and add remaining ingredients.

    Refrigerate.

    Shake jar every time you go past.
