- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. lemon rind
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 lb. or 1 c. candied pineapple
- 1/4 lb. or 1/2 c. candied red cherries
- 1/4 lb. or 1/2 c. candied green cherries
- 1 c. pecans
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Cream butter, sugar and eggs, 1 at a time, then add flour. Stir in vanilla.

2Combine fruits and nuts in 2 tablespoons flour. Stir into batter.

3Pour batter in a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan, sprayed with Pam.

4Cook at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

5Cool for 10 minutes.
