  • 19 ounces, weight Chunk Light Or Solid White Tuna
  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese; Full, 1/3 Fat Or Fat Free
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Green Olives
  • 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 18 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Thyme

Directions

    Makes 4 cups.

    Drain and flake tuna.

    Combine softened cream cheese and tuna in a large bowl or in a mixer.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Place in a mold or serving dish and refrigerate two hours or overnight.

    Serve in the mold or transfer to a serving plate.

    Decorate with parsley garlands, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced green olives, a lemon slice and pimento (or red or green pepper) star.
