- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

1make a well in the middle of the flour, add egg, salt, olive oil.

2kneed till u have a smooth dough ball.

3wrap in plastic wrapper and let rest for 30 minutes.

4you can add herbs.

5sprinkle some flour and flatten with a roller pin then cut by a knife or sprinkle flour on the machine and place in 1 the flattening side of a pasta machine and 2 the shaping side.

6I used the spaghetti side.

7cook normally as you would any pasta or to store: untangle pasta and layer over parchment paper in a box in the freezer.

8to cook again do not thaw pasta.

9cook it straight away.

10smells a bit eggy but tastes really good!!
