- 8 oz. bag chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 c. caramel topping
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (4 oz.)
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 3/4 c. chopped peanuts
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Mix margarine and cookie crumbs together.

2Press in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Top with caramel topping.

4Pour milk and pudding into medium bowl and whip with wire whisk for 1 to 2 minutes.

5Let stand 5 minutes.

6Fold in whipped topping.

7Chop chocolate and add peanuts.

8Spread over caramel topping.

9Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.

10Melt remaining chocolate with 3 tablespoons margarine.

11Spread over pudding.

12Cut into squares.

13Store in freezer.
