- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
- 1 egg
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add sugar and salt.

3Gradually add flour. Roll dough into long rolls and shape pretzels.

4Beat egg and brush on top. Sprinkle on salt. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
