  • 3 kg tomatoes, washed, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled, washed and crushed very well
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 full pinches of sea salt

    Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir well.

    Simmer for 20 minutes.
