  • 10 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • 1/3 c. honey

    Melt margarine in frying pan.

    Add orange juice and honey. Toss in carrots until well coated.

    Cover and simmer about 1 hour or until fork tender.
