Ingredients

  • 1 cup Long rice
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Pure cane sugar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 12 oz Evaporated milk
  • 3 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Directions

    Let long rice soak in warm water.

    Put your vanilla extract in with the mixture and let it soak for at least 3 hours.

    Place mixture into the blender with the evaporated milk, sugar, honey & cinnamon.

    Blend to a pourage like substance.

    Add the milk and blend thoroughly.

    Strain out the chunks add the cold water & stir a bit.

    Serve over ice.
