- 1 cup Long rice
- 1 cup Warm water
- 2 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Pure cane sugar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 12 oz Evaporated milk
- 3 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup Milk
Directions

1Let long rice soak in warm water.

2Put your vanilla extract in with the mixture and let it soak for at least 3 hours.

3Place mixture into the blender with the evaporated milk, sugar, honey & cinnamon.

4Blend to a pourage like substance.

5Add the milk and blend thoroughly.

6Strain out the chunks add the cold water & stir a bit.

7Serve over ice.
