- 2 c. finely ground horseradish
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Dig horseradish in early spring or late fall.

2Cut off tops and replant.

3Scrub roots. Cut out bad spots.

4Cut in chunks. Grind with as little water as possible.

5Reuse horseradish water if grinding a small amount at a time to reserve the flavor.

6Grind finely.

7Add ingredients.

8All quantities are approximate.

9Add more or less to taste.
