Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 1 to 2 lb. coarse ground meat
  • salt, pepper and garlic to taste
  • 1 small jar jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cook macaroni according to directions on package (about 5 minutes).

    Rinse, drain and return to pot.

    Fry ground meat until no longer red.

    Drain fat and add meat to macaroni; turn heat to medium-low and stir in tomato paste.

    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour.
