- 1 (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 to 2 lb. coarse ground meat
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste
- 1 small jar jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to directions on package (about 5 minutes).

2Rinse, drain and return to pot.

3Fry ground meat until no longer red.

4Drain fat and add meat to macaroni; turn heat to medium-low and stir in tomato paste.

5Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour.
