  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 gal. ripe tomatoes
  • 3 or more onions, chopped
  • jalapeno peppers, deseeded

Directions

    Chop tomatoes and peppers and mix with chopped onions.

    Mix all together.

    Boil for 5 minutes.

    Pack into hot sterilized jars and seal.

    Yields 7 pints.
