  • ~250g dark chocolate
  • ~a little ground cinnamon
  • ~a little grated chocolate
  • ~200ml whipped cream

    Pour the milk into a small saucepan and begin heating it. Put in the chocolate and melt it into the milk, quite slowly. Whisk until smooth and then pour this into thick wine-glasses. It`s best to use inexpensive ones. Top the drink with a spoonful of whipped cream and sprinkle it with grated chocolate and cinnamon.
