Ingredients

  • 2 cans minced clams
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
  • Parmesan to taste

Directions

    Cook first 5 ingredients in saucepan for 15 minutes.

    Add margarine, oregano, parsley and cayenne pepper.

    Stir until margarine melts.

    Add bread crumbs.

    Put in small casserole.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake in 300° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
