- 1 (6 oz.) can chopped or minced clams
- 1 box Ritz crackers
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 stick butter
- lemon juice (optional)
- Tabasco sauce to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt butter in saucepan. Add chopped onion and simmer until golden. Remove from heat.

3Crush one sleeve of Ritz crackers until you achieve coarse crumbs. Stir cracker crumbs in butter/onion mixture. Add in can of clams. Stir until well mixed and spoon into an oven-safe bowl.

4Bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes.

5Serve with remaining Ritz crackers.
