  • canned fruit (pear halves, peach halves, sliced pineapple, apricots, etc.)
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 4 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Drain fruit well and dry on paper towels.

    Lay in flat casserole, one layer deep.

    Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over fruit.

    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 325° oven.
