- 1 c. soft bread
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. milk
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- equal amounts of chili sauce and red currant jelly
Directions

1Combine the first seven ingredients.

2Make small bite sized balls of meat.

3Simmer in a skillet until done.

4Then add 2 jars of jelly and 2 bottles of chili sauce.

5Let stew for about an hour before serving.

6Make sure you use the long skewers to serve with.
